As in previous years, eq system has joined the partners of the conference “Effective HR Department in a Manufacturing Company”, organised by GBI Partners on 17-19 September in Warsaw.
Our expert, Błażej Migoń, will take part in a panel discussion devoted to the key challenges facing HR departments: “HR between pressure and potential: how not to lose the point in digitalisation and business expectations”. The conversation will address the ever-broader scope of HR responsibilities, the relationship with IT departments, and the ability to work with data while keeping the human perspective.
The conference itself focuses on a practical approach to the changes that HR teams in manufacturing companies are facing. The programme includes presentations on implementing AI in people processes, digitalising employee records, building organisational culture, managing absence and recruitment, internal communication and succession planning. Participants will also be able to take part in workshop sessions covering the challenges of pay transparency and of developing competencies within the organisation.
