We ensure comprehensive IT infrastructure services - we provide IT equipment needed for the proper functioning of the implemented systems (servers, backup devices, uninterruptible power supplies, routers, server cabinets), we select the number of licenses and prepare recommendations regarding IT solutions and their architecture. We help in maintaining the internal resources of the company and the proper functioning of the entire infrastructure.

In the concept we jointly define the details of the entire project - its stages, schedule and costs. We determine the consequences of the changes made to the functioning of the entire company - we want other departments to be ready to use the new potential and cooperate with each other for this purpose. We advise on how to prepare for the project and which elements should be improved before it begins. This approach allows us to ensure the smooth implementation of the entire project and to achieve the benefits assumed in the analysis.

The success of the developed concept is primarily determined by the commitment of both parties - the implementation of the system itself does not guarantee anything, it must entail deeper organizational changes.

The implementation process is based on close cooperation. During this stage, we do not close ourselves in the office - our knowledge and experience are available to our clients at all times. The methodology developed by us is tested and based on standards that ensure security and control over the implementation progress. We minimize the risks associated with the entire project. Our specialists share their knowledge during the workshops and consultations in such a way that it enables the independent development of the system in the future by its users. In our case, the project does not end with the last day of implementation. The end of the implementation is really the beginning of process improvement.

We will not change the organization using the system alone. We will change it and improve it if we work out a solution together. Only then will it be an integral part of the company. At this stage, clients do not have to imagine the consequences of the changes - they can see them.
