Analysis

From the very start, our approach is based on close cooperation. During a series of meetings, we get to know the specifics of the processes of a given company (and industry), its organizational culture, we also explore the business strategy. We define the overall picture of the company – we indicate the places where the introduction of changes will have the greatest impact on the functioning of the entire organization, not just the selected fragment. The analysis is an introduction to the creation of a very detailed and, above all, feasible improvement concept.

The concept

Selection of appropriate IT tools.

We do not adjust the organization to the requirements of the systems – we select dedicated IT tools in such a way that they reflect the company’s processes as accurately as possible. The solutions we propose are innovative, user-friendly, intuitive and flexible enough to be developed independently (after implementation). The selected system is to support the given company in the effective implementation of its business strategy.

Infrastructure

The provision of a technical infrastructure necessary to implement the project.

We ensure comprehensive IT infrastructure services – we provide IT equipment needed for the proper functioning of the implemented systems (servers, backup devices, uninterruptible power supplies, routers, server cabinets), we select the number of licenses and prepare recommendations regarding IT solutions and their architecture. We help in maintaining the internal resources of the company and the proper functioning of the entire infrastructure.

Implementation

The implementation of selected tools and adjusting them to the client’s needs.

The implementation process is based on close cooperation. During this stage, we do not close ourselves in the office – our knowledge and experience are available to our clients at all times. The methodology developed by us is tested and based on standards that ensure security and control over the implementation progress. We minimize the risks associated with the entire project. Our specialists share their knowledge during the workshops and consultations in such a way that it enables the independent development of the system in the future by its users. In our case, the project does not end with the last day of implementation. The end of the implementation is really the beginning of process improvement.

Post-implementation support.

The experts who were directly involved in the project are also available after completion of the implementation. All the new needs, doubts or difficulties which may arise, can be reported to them online. We offer consultation on the current state of affairs and specific issues related to the project.
