Ready To Use Model - working methodology

The Ready To Use cooperation model is the ideal working methodology for smaller-scale projects requiring fast action and shorter execution times. This form of collaboration is based on our standardised solutions.

It can take as little as four weeks to launch the Ready To Use version of the system in selected areas, enabling rapid and efficient integration into existing company processes, minimising downtime and enabling almost immediate use of new functionality.

Once the system is in operation, our company provides comprehensive support through a maintenance service. This includes not only ongoing monitoring and maintenance, but also a rapid response to any technical requests and advice on optimising the system’s performance.

The Ready To Use version offers the possibility to upgrade to the PRO version. Thanks to the modular design of the XPRIMER platform, users have the option to expand the functionality step by step. The transition from the Ready To Use version to the PRO version is seamless, allowing the tools to be adapted to the growing needs of the organisation without disrupting ongoing work.

PRO Model - working methodology

Cooperation within the PRO model is dedicated to projects requiring an extended approach, exhaustive analysis and a customised solution. The focus here is on an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs and providing comprehensive solutions.

Analysis

During a series of meetings, we get to know the specifics of the processes of a given company and we define the overall picture of the company, indicating the places where the introduction of changes will have the greatest impact on the functioning of the entire organization. The analysis is an introduction to the creation of a very detailed and, above all, feasible improvement concept.

Concept

In the concept we jointly define the details of the entire project – its stages, schedule and costs. We advise on how to prepare for the project and which elements should be improved before it begins. This approach allows us to ensure the smooth implementation of the entire project and to achieve the benefits assumed in the analysis.

Consultancy

We select dedicated IT tools in such a way that they reflect the company’s processes as accurately as possible. The solutions we propose are innovative, user-friendly, intuitive and flexible enough to be developed independently (after implementation). The selected system is to support the given company in the effective implementation of its business strategy.

Infrastructure

We ensure comprehensive IT infrastructure services, providing IT equipment needed for the proper functioning of the implemented systems We help in maintaining the internal resources of the company and the proper functioning of the entire infrastructure.

The methodology developed by us is tested and based on standards that ensure security and control over the implementation progress. We minimize the risks associated with the entire project.
