TCW – flexible technology management

TCW gives you full freedom in technology management – you decide which components to use to build it. If you want to use previously prepared templates and modules, you can do so with ease. You have full freedom in managing itineraries, formulae, required resources and additional descriptive parameters. TCW means, among others factors:

  • technology acceptance processes
  • versioning
  • technology validators
  • building technology templates

CMMS – maintenance support

With CMMS, you will ensure a high level of maintenance support and you will know what is happening with the machines at any given time. CMMS will provide you, among other benefits, with:

  • full history of machine operation
  • the level of machine operation
  • reporting failures and other events from terminals and mobile devices
  • maintenance of the consumables warehouse
  • flow of documents regarding specific events and repairs
  • creation and management of renovation plans

TMC – analysis of technical manufacturing costs

Determine manufacturing costs automatically, thanks to access to current data and the technologies used. TMC will enable you to:

  • quickly estimate technical costs
  • calculate different versions of costs (including many variables)
  • attach a preliminary cost estimate to the internal offer
  • create a single or multi-level calculation
  • independently create calculation methods or use the existing ones
