On 16 June 2026, the eq system team took part in the HR Days 2026 conference (Dni HR 2026), organised by SGP Training & Consulting and SGP – Sorting Group Poland Sp. z o.o.
During the event, eq system was present both in the substantive and the networking part of the programme. Błażej Migoń, Business Development Expert at eq system, took part in the panel discussion “Less manual work, more time for people – which technologies will work in HR?”. The conversation covered the automation of HR processes, reducing manual work, and the role of technology in streamlining the day-to-day work of HR departments.
We were also available at the eq system booth, where participants could talk to us about solutions supporting HR processes, workforce scheduling, automation, and the use of data in team management.
HR Days 2026 was an opportunity to exchange experience with HR practitioners, leaders and experts, and to discuss how technology can support more efficient and better-informed management of an organisation.
