From 21 to 23 October 2026, eq system will once again take part in the Autumn Pharmaceutical Industry Symposium and the Autumn Cosmetics Industry Symposium. In Łódź, we will meet with representatives of two industries whose specific requirements and challenges we also know from the projects we have delivered.
Pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing requires companies to manage numerous interdependencies – changing demand, the availability of raw materials and resources, short production runs, changeovers, quality requirements and the need to respond quickly to change. There is also another equally important area: people – their availability, competencies, working time and appropriate assignment to specific tasks.
At eq system, we see these elements as part of one integrated business management environment. We support companies in production planning and scheduling, monitoring production execution and making better use of available resources. At the same time, we help streamline HR processes and working time management so that production and workforce data can support coordinated decision-making.
