HR Challenge is one of the most important expert events in the field of HR in Poland, bringing together more than 350 representatives of organisations that differ in scale, maturity and HR operating models.
During HR Challenge 2026, eq system will take part as Gold Partner of the event. Błażej Migoń, HR Digitalisation Expert at eq system, will appear on stage with the presentation “Transformation that does not burn bridges: how to build change that withstands chaos, turnover and business pressure”. The talk will show what actually happens inside an organisation when processes, tools and roles are modified, and how those changes affect decision-making, communication and accountability once the project is over. Particular attention will be given to designing the pace of change and embedding it in the organisation’s day-to-day operations.
