The 13th edition of The Polish Association of Listed Companies HR Congress will be held on 8-9 April this year at the Warszawianka Hotel in Jachranka. This is one of the key events organised cyclically by the Polish Association of Listed Companies as part of its educational mission, addressed to HR policy makers in listed companies. The eq system is a partner of the event.
The congress will give participants an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss current challenges faced by HR departments and expand their knowledge of modern human resources management. Participants of the event have the opportunity not only to be inspired by good practices, but also to establish valuable contacts among industry experts and professionals.
The Congress programme includes a speech by Błażej Migoń on “Strategic human resource planning in an era of talent shortages”, during which he will present how to integrate production goals with employee needs and how to use tools to support flexible personnel planning.
The second day of the Congress will feature a workshop led by Tomasz Jeleń on “Human resources planning vs. reducing operating costs and maximising business value”. During this workshop, he will present, among other things, how to create schedules using modern tools that ensure the achievement of business goals and build employee engagement.
