On 11-13 February, we had a pleasure to take an active part in the masterclass event “EFFICIENT PRODUCTION PLANNING – optimising tools and production and logistics activities, efficiency, techniques, solutions”, which took place in Łódź.
The event brought together specialists from the manufacturing and logistics industry, who share a common goal – to improve the efficiency of production planning and execution processes. The Masterclass programme included numerous lectures, discussion panels and presentations of tools and technologies supporting modern production management.
During one of the lectures, Dariusz Kacperczyk – representative of eq system – spoke about the key role of APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) systems in streamlining the work of planning departments. The presentation was very well received by the participants, who appreciated the substantive content of the presentation.
In addition, we presented the ASPROVA APS system’s operation, showing its practical use in optimising production scheduling. Participants had the opportunity to see how advanced scheduling algorithms can support day-to-day work in production facilities, increasing transparency, reducing planning time and enabling better resource management.
For us, participating in the event was not only an opportunity to present our solutions, but also to exchange experiences, learn about current industry challenges and inspire further development.
