Enitra Sp. z o.o. was established in Wałbrzych in 1996. Next year, it will celebrate its 25th anniversary. It is a manufacturer and distributor of conveyor belts, drive belts and additional drive and transport components. The product portfolio, expanding year by year, the production and storage area quadrupled in the last dozen or so years, as well as the increase in employment and the constantly growing market of customers are just some of the factors testifying to the consistent development and strengthening of the company’s market position.
The cooperation between Enitra and eq system technology dates back to 2011. At that time, following an analysis, the implementation of the ERP system began, with particular emphasis on customer service processes and personnel management.
Enitra not only improves its organisation by, among other things, maintaining quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management in accordance with ISO 14000:2015, it also develops IT solutions to support quality, as can be seen by the subsequent implementation of the MES class system in the production recording process, supplied by eq system technology.
This time it was the turn of technological changes and rebuilding of the integrated system in the area of key processes of customer service and document circulation. XPRIMER, a communication platform for business process management, was used for this purpose. Increasing the efficiency of employees and improving the quality of customer service are the goals guiding the project. Using more modern technology is not meant to be an end in itself. We want to improve our quoting, delivery and after-sales processes at the same time. We hope that XPRIMER will be the basis for further digitisation of our company’s processes, at least for 10 years, said Tadeusz Ratajczyk, CEO at Enitra Sp. z o.o.
