On 9 April 2026 we will host the webinar “When planning becomes a competitive advantage. The story of APS at Strauss Cafe Poland”, during which we will show how the APS implementation helped bring order to the planning process, increased the consistency of operational activities and improved the ability to respond to changes in the manufacturing environment.
The meeting has been designed for people responsible for planning, production, logistics, supply chain, lean/CI, and for the development of the IT environment supporting operational processes. The webinar will be an opportunity to learn about hands-on experience with the use of APS in a manufacturing organisation and to look at planning from the perspective of real business and operational challenges.
