Rauman Konepaja Oy
Rauman Konepaja Oy is a 25-employee machine shop specializing in the manufacture of light and medium-duty machined components. Its area of expertise is power transmission components, which are supplied to leading manufacturers in the domestic mechanical engineering industry.
Production covers customer-specific single pieces, small series and contract manufacturing of recurring items. Rauman Konepaja is constantly developing its production in all areas – modern CNC machining, manufacturing methods, CAD/CAM software and work control and production management solutions.
As part of its cooperation with eq system, the company has implemented the Asprova APS system.

We had a strong desire to participate in the implementation and development of the system, so that the end result would definitely meet our needs. Insight and understanding of machine shop production have been accumulated through decades of practical experience, and in addition, my own educational background in the form of a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering. However, without eq systems’ support, this project would not have been successful.
I would especially like to thank Jeremia Tuomivaara – his support and expertise have been invaluable to us. The cooperation has been really smooth and seamless, and Jeremia has played a crucial role in the successful completion of the project.
