The modern manufacturing process requires our commitment – to be at the right place and at the right time, with the right skills and tools. Determine the plan of control in such a way that its implementation is something natural and even intuitive. The ability to identify the events, as fast as possible, and quickly decide whether they are correct or not. Knowledge about the course of the process – what should be checked (and when), and consequently – the choice of the appropriate way of responding. Quality assurance should naturally be “embedded” into the process. It has one task – do not allow errors.
