The implementation of the joint project was preceded by the analysis of the initial situation and the preparation of an improvement strategy, the precise identification of places where the introduction of changes will have the best effect on the functioning of the entire company, and not just the area related to production management.
Delving into the finer details of the production process and the exchange of experience between experts from eq system and Incobex allowed us to gain a number of benefits and, thus, obtain a recommendation for our specialists and the proposed tailor-made Asprova APS solution that they implemented.
Prior to the implementation of Asprova APS, we analysed a lot of data manually in MS Excel. This was time-consuming, often not as accurate as we had hoped and, unfortunately, prone to error.
Currently, everything has been systematised and has significantly improved not only the comfort of our work, but also its efficiency.
