XPRIMER enables a very precise calculation of the personnel needed and the optimization. It also informs us early enough about the ending of valid trainings or the absence of a key employee on a given day, on a given line. Therefore, it gives us the tools to take preventive action early enough. Expectations versus reality

  • Purpose

    Systematization of processes related to personnel planning based on production orders and the acceleration of responses to changes in the personnel.

    Effect

    Eliminating unnecessary stoppages resulting from the absence of a key employee (with appropriate skills) in a given location, on a specific production line, due to the precise calculation of the personnel needed, based on production orders imported from the SAP system to the XPRIMER platform. Enabling rapid re-planning of production processes in the case of an emergency.

  • Purpose

    Increasing supervision over training and employees’ competences.

    Effect

    Introduction of reminders about both the ending of valid training and upcoming training sessions, and linking them to the skill level of specific employees depending on machine groups and lines.

  • Purpose

    Improving the efficiency of performance of the assumed production plan, improving the efficiency of internal communication as well as the acceleration and facilitation of the data analysis process.

    Effect

    Improving communication between people from various departments (production planning, HR) and trainers (conducting trainings) and production employees. Enabling a reliable assessment of the effectiveness of created schedules by collecting key data in one place and making it easier to compare them, thus drawing the right conclusions for the future.
