In the life of almost every production company comes a moment when the number of orders increases to the level at which controlling the production, timeliness of orders and their realisation becomes impossible or / and generates chaos in the company. We subconsciously know that sooner or later all orders will be completed, but we do not know when it will happen. As it is known, the customer does not like to wait and the lack of precise delivery date may result in complete resignation from the purchase. So how do we know where the problem lies in the production and how to meet all this? The systems implemented by our company are primarily tools that improve and optimise the business processes – what is important – the production and production-related ones. These solutions are configured in such a way that they are adjusted to the specificity of a given enterprise.
Every company, every production process and information flowing through it is different. That is why one of the key elements that leads to success is a thorough and precise analysis of the functioning of the company and its individual departments, as well as technology. The next implementation was undertaken at SSC, for which the biggest business goal was to optimise business processes aimed at timely execution of orders and reduction of production costs.
