So probably no one will be surprised that he knows all the people by name and understands very well their daily challenges (the small and the big). On the one hand, he takes a holistic view of the company, and on the other, he focuses on details. He can always find something to further exploit and he is usually right. Currently, he makes sure that innovative people have the space to implement their ideas, and that the restraining people restrain only when they really should. Every conversation with him, private or business, must be spiced up with a bit of sarcasm. His studies were like the positions in eq system - he began with medicine, and finished with MBA at the Cracow University of Technology. There is a rule in this chaos!
He can quickly piece the facts together - it is his specialty. In the team he created, relations are not based on hierarchy. Maybe it is because its members are also a team outside work - a football team.
Spending time together on a football field or in the sports hall is his favorite form of rest. It started quite innocently - from supporting his sons playing football. Then there was no turning back. Sports, and above all the ability to think strategically, irreversibly got into his everyday work. He joined eq system immediately after graduation, and his path from the Implementation Consultant through the Project Manager and Director of the Implementation Department to the Vice President of the Board ensured one important thing to him - understanding. It helps him to mobilize the team and to offer support when things do not go as they should. He graduated in Computer Sciences from the University of Silesia and the College of Management at the University of Economics in Katowice. Privately? A cinema lover, without whom no movie premiere can begin.
Kari is a man who has passion for helping others. Others like people close by and customers and organizations. The means for that he values “big ears”. Helping your colleagues and helping customers can be achieved by hearing the details that people are sharing with you.
